Product Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to ensure that all patterns and projects are error free. When errors are brought to our attention, we make every effort to correct and post a revision as soon as possible.

Please make sure to check the Pattern Updates page for pattern corrections prior to starting your project.

Returns

Patchworks Studio has a no return policy unless an item was sent in error. We have a 30-day return policy on defective items. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.

Payment

All products are priced in Canadian dollars. If you are outside Canada, your credit card company will convert the charge to your currency.

Shipping

Orders will generally be shipped using Canada Post. If there is to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

Copyright

Patchworks Studio patterns are original designs protected by the US and International copyright law, including but not limited to all photos, diagrams, templates, and instructions. No portion of the patterns may be reproduced or shared in any manner, whether electronically, mechanically or by any other means.

Purchase of this pattern entitles you to make as many quilts as you wish for personal use or charity quilts and to exhibit. Please be sure to include information on the quilt crediting Patchworks Studio for the pattern. Do not make products based on patterns from any of the Patchworks Studio designs for mass production.

If you are teaching a class using a pattern from Patchworks Studio, each participant must purchase their own pattern. Do not make copies of the patterns for the students. We can arrange shipment of patterns for classes to one location for you.
